USA Taekwondo Club Options and Benefits
USA Taekwondo has three types of Membership for no additional cost
BRONZE CLUB MEMBERSHIP
This membership is the standard Club Membership
Fee: $135.00
BENEFITS
You will receive the following just for signing up your club.
You can do this by logging into your individual membership profile. Once you have logged in, click on the club tab. If you click on this you will see of the individuals that have registered under your Club. You can also view the members that have registered in past years.
You can do this by logging into your individual membership profile. Once you have logged in, click on the Club Tab. There you can see all your students that are registered and click the student you want to register for the event. Please note that when you register your student all confirmation forms are emailed to your student and not to your account.
SILVER CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Silver Club membership is for those clubs that have the following:
Fee: $135.00 (standard Club Membership fee applies, there is no additional cost for "Silver Club" membership)
BENEFITS
Note these benefits are only good for the membership year and will expire if not used by the end of the membership year. These benefits are non-transferable.
GOLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Gold Club membership is for those clubs that have the following:
Fee: $135.00 (standard Club Membership fee applies, there is no additional cost for "Gold Club" membership)

Frequently Asked Questions---------------------------
Q: How do I get the Club Liability Insurance?
A: Your club must have at least 35 athlete, coach, or referees members to be eligible. Once your club has 35 members you can request the liability insurance. Insurance will be effective on the day it was requested. See the attached insurance flyer for more information.
Q: How do I receive a list of members registered in my club?
A: If your club is set up to manage your club on-line you can print off this report yourself. If you are not set up to manage your club on-line then you will need to submit in writing, by email, or fax, a request to receive the report. Only the Club Representative listed on the Club application can request this report and it can only be sent to the email, fax, or address provided on the Club Application.
Q: What do I do if there are members missing from my club member list?
A: Please email or fax a list of the members that should be listed under your club. The USAT membership department will then verify that each member selected or designated your club as their affiliate. If a member indicated the wrong club, the individual member will need to submit a letter to the USAT events department to change their club.
Q: How do I submit stories to have my club featured on the Club Corner?
A: You send email or mail your story and photos to Bill Kellick bill.kellick@usa-taekwondo.us.
Q: What do I do if my club's address changes?
A: You can log on to the USAT website and change it yourself or will need to submit in writing to the USAT Membership department your change of address. Only the Club Representative listed on the application will be able to submit this change.
Q: I have not received the monthly club newsletter, how do I go about getting this sent to me?
A: Club newsletters are only sent by email to those clubs that provided an email address on their club application. If you would like to receive the monthly newsletter, please update your club information on the membership system or contact the membership office with those changes.

Interested in Purchasing a USA Taekwondo Banner for your school?
USAT Registered clubs can purchase a USAT Banner. You can also add your school name and logo for an additional fee!
Clubs have three different positions that you can place your club name and logo (see below). Club name can only be in up to 3 lines and you must specify how you like it on the club banner when filling out order form.
You can also choose what color you would like your Club Name to appear on the banner. You can choose from white, black, red, or blue. The recommended color is white.
All club logos must be sent in jpg to place on the banner.
Gold & Silver Club members receive a discount upon verification of membership requirements.
